Applications
Filtration requirements vary with the liquid, contaminant, flow and downstream process. These examples are starting points for engineering discussion, not guaranteed process outcomes.
Plating Bath Circulation
Capture metal fines, anode residue and dust from circulating plating solutions. Review chemical resistance, temperature and seal compatibility before selecting vessel and media.
Electronics Process Water
Bag filtration can remove larger particles before finer cartridge stages. Water-quality targets and downstream process limits should determine final micron ratings.
Cooling-Water Loops
Capture rust, scale fragments and suspended solids that may wear pumps or obstruct heat exchangers and nozzles. Multi-bag housings can support higher flows.
Groundwater Pre-Filtration
Remove sand and larger suspended solids before downstream treatment. Iron and manganese may require dedicated treatment before filtration.
Oils and Cutting Fluids
Choose pump, seal and filter media based on oil viscosity, temperature and additives. A skid-mounted unit can support bypass circulation.
Cleaning and Process Liquids
Filter wash water, cleaning liquids, coatings and other process fluids after checking solvent compatibility and operating conditions.
